San Diego Theatres is a 501(c)(3) private nonprofit arts organization that manages, markets, programs, operates and maintains the San Diego Civic Theatre and the Balboa Theatre. Approximately 500,000 guests are hosted annually at more than 300 diverse artistic and cultural events spanning all genres. Working together, we create moments that matter.

Acknowledgments

I understand that board members serve for two or three years with an optional invitation to serve for a second, two or three-year term. I further understand that board members are expected to attend at least five of the six annual meetings in person. Expectations are listed in the attached Board Member Expectations & Responsibilities document.
