Please note that multiple downtown events can increase the time needed to secure parking convenient to both venues, especially the Balboa Theatre. Always allow adequate time to arrive and find suitable parking for the event you are attending. Please see WHERE TO PARK for more details.

Balboa Theatre

For Balboa Theatre events, we recommend parking at the NBC Building Garage at 225 Broadway. This underground facility offers easy access to the Balboa Theatre entrance and you can avoid the heavy traffic congestion frequently encountered on Fourth Avenue. Event access is after 5:30pm Monday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Enter Broadway Circle from the intersection of 2nd Ave. and Broadway and follow around to the garage entrance down-ramp on the left, directly across from the Levi's Store.

Advance Parking Passes (valid for NBC Building Garage only) for most Balboa Theatre events may be purchased at the same time as your event tickets…please ask our operators.

The Balboa Theatre is not a part of Westfield Horton Plaza and does not offer any validations if patrons choose to use their garage facilities. Patrons parking in the Westfield Horton Plaza Garage are subject to validation ticket policies and/or standard hourly fees as established by their Management.

Traveling South on Interstate 5

• 5 South to the Front Street / Civic Center off-ramp
• At fork, stay to the right on to Front Street
• Turn left on Broadway to 2nd Avenue
• Turn right on Broadway Circle & follow around to NBC Building Garage entrance on left

Traveling North on Interstate 5

• 5 North to the 6th Avenue off-ramp
• Turn left on 6th Avenue to Broadway
• Turn right on Broadway to 2nd Avenue
• Turn left on Broadway Circle & follow around to NBC Building Garage entrance on left

Traveling South on Interstate 15 or 163

• 15 South to 163 South
• 163 South becomes 10th Avenue
• Take 10th Avenue to Broadway
• Turn right on Broadway to 2nd Avenue
• Turn left on Broadway Circle & follow around to NBC Building Garage entrance on left

Traveling West on Highway 94

• 94 West to downtown—94 West becomes F Street
• Take F Street to 7th Avenue
• Right on 7th Avenue to Broadway
• Left on Broadway to 2nd Avenue
• Turn left on Broadway Circle & follow around to NBC Building Garage entrance on left

Civic Theatre

For Civic Theatre events, we recommend parking at the Evan V. Jones Concourse Parkade — this 11-story facility offers easy access to the Civic Theatre entrance (take elevators to Street 'S' level). You can avoid many of the traffic back-ups by utilizing the 1st Avenue & B Street or the 2nd Avenue & A Street entrances (3rd Avenue & B Street entrance is the most heavily used).

Event access is after 5:30pm Monday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Civic Theatre Directions

Traveling South on Interstate 5

• 5 South to the Front Street / Civic Center off-ramp
• At fork, stay to left to reach 2nd Avenue
• Turn right on 2nd Avenue & continue 3 blocks to A Street
• Immediately in front (driveway on right) is the entrance to the Concourse Parkade

Traveling North on Interstate 5

• 5 North to the 6th Avenue off-ramp
• Turn left on 6th Avenue to Ash Street
• Turn right on Ash Street to 2nd Avenue
• Turn left on 2nd Avenue
• Immediately in front (driveway on right) is the entrance to the Concourse Parkade

Traveling South on Interstate 15

• 15 South to 163 South
• 163 South becomes 10th Avenue
• Take 10th Avenue 2 blocks to B Street
• Turn right on B Street to 3rd Avenue
• Turn right on 3rd Avenue
• Take first driveway on the left to enter Concourse Parkade

Traveling West on Highway 94

• 94 West to downtown
